Lynsey Walters. Made in Scotland.
Lynsey was born in Scotland in 1975 and brought up in the Kingdom of Fife. She studied printed textiles at Edinburgh College of Art, and went on from there to achieve an MA at the Royal College of Art, London, in constructed textiles.
After graduating in 2000 she decided to bite the bullet and start her own company. Since then Lynsey Walters Textiles has gone from strength to strength, selling to both large established outlets, and small cutting edge fashion emporiums.
She regularly attends the New York Gift show and last year showed at London Country Living, BCTF, Pulse and Lustre. Lynsey works in her studio in her flat, which she shares with her husband and dog Jack! She makes all of the pieces herself.
